• All orders are processed and delivered within 2-4 days at a flat fee of £5
• We currently only offer shipping across the UK

RETURNS

Please contact us at info@mandels.store along with your order number, reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund. This must be completed with 14 days of your purchase date. We will then send you a label for your return.

We only accept items which haven't been worn or damaged and are in their original packaging.

Please note during busy periods return processing times may vary.
